Guest Blogger – Leading Under Leadership (part2)

Hello, this is Jeremy again. In the previous post, I gave an introduction into what I believe can be one of the most challenging things we will face as church leaders…… Leading Under Leadership. What I mean is that it can be tough to passionately pursue what you feel God has called you specifically to while still serving the vision and calling of someone over you. For example, I am an administrative pastor and worship leader (I know….. weird) at my church and I “lead” in those areas while being “lead” by the senior pastor. Continue reading
